Non-Refundable Booking Fee

To secure an appointment, I require a non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the total cost of your appointment.  This fee will be discounted off of the cost of your treatment. Payment is to be made when you initially book. Payment will be required via by bank transfer. Booking fee's are non-refundable. If 48 hours notice of the need to re-schedule your appointment is provided it will be possible to transfer the booking fee to your new appointment, however it will only be possible to do this once.

48 Hour Cancellation/No Show Fee

I require at least 48 hours notice for any clients that need to cancel.  If you cannot provide this period of notice it will result in the loss of your booking fee. This policy is in place as I would not be able to refill the cancelled slot in under 48 hours, you will also be required to pay the full cost of your booking.

Clients Lash Hygiene

I'd like to give every available minute possible to applying your lashes.  So please arrive at your appointment, whether it is for an infill or full set, with NO eye makeup on.  Eye makeup can affect lash extensions and removing it takes up time and eats into the appointment that you have paid for.

Early/Late Arrival

Please arrive at your appointment on time.  If you arrive early, please wait until your allocated appointment time as I may be with another client, preparing for your appointment or even tending to personal matters.  If you are late, please note that the time will come out of your allocation which may result in less lash coverage.

No Audience

Due to my insurance, children and/or pets are not allowed.  Also, because of the size of my lash room, unless prearranged, friends and family members are not permitted during your appointment.

Infilling Other Technicians Work

Due to the high quality of the products  that I use, I will not infill another technician's work.  A removal and full set would be required in this instance.  This applies to all lash and nail treatments.

Patch Testing

Patch testing for certain treatments is required by my insurance.  Failure to attend patch test appointments will mean your treatment will be cancelled.  Should this occur at 48 hours or less prior to your treatment appointment the 48 hour cancellation notice policy will apply and you will forfeit your non-refundable booking fee.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for an amount or treatment.  Vouchers are valid for 6 months.  Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

NHS Discount

10% NHS discount is available on treatments over £20.00 on production of valid NHS ID.  Available Monday-Friday.  Not available in conjunction with any other offer or with Microblading.
